BROKEN WATER LINE IN LONG BEACH

Quite often, residents experience water damage through no fault of their own. This residence in Long Beach experienced a leak from a fridge line on the floor above them. The technician monitored the dry down progress, but the home still showed elevated moisture. It was decided that demolition was necessary to reach all affected areas. The tile floor, vinyl sheeting, backboards were removed to eradicate all water and avoid mold from growing. After further drying, the resident was happy to have their problem resolved.
