I am writing this letter to inform of service that was done at my home.

Oscar Ocampo arrived at my home after I experienced water damage.  When he arrived he was professional, courteous and ready to work.  He recognized that I was extremely NERVOUS and devastated so he first explained my situation in detail.  Not only did he do this the first day but everyday until I understood fully.  His demeanor was “calming” and reassuring to me. For approximately seven days of service I can tell you that I was extremely happy with the service.  I would definitely recommend SERVPRO services.

As far as I can tell as a consumer all work done by water mitigation has been exceptionally well handled. It’s difficult for me to feel comfortable with final outcome as I’m not knowledgeable in long term issues. I am an Operations Manager/Project Manager for CW Services on the Toyota Motor Sales account in Torrance, CA.  I’ve worked with Enan Arellanes/SERVPRO on both large and small projects here at the Toyota campus for probably close to the last five years or so.  We contract with a myriad of large and small companies for planned and unplanned work and I can’t convey enough how extremely responsive and accommodating SERVPRO has been for our unplanned emergencies.  Additionally recently I contracted with SERVPRO for the build-back of a non-Toyota suite in one of our multi-tenant buildings after they helped me with the emergency clean-up of that suite and I was more than pleasantly surprised how professional, and again, extremely responsive and accommodating their construction/build-back department is.  Without a doubt SERVPRO, in my opinion, is absolutely one of the better contractors I have worked with over the years.
